Mint Chocolate Brownie Full Uncut Tray Food Service Full Uncut Brownie Trays

Indulgent chocolate brownie made with peppermint extract and finished with a Summerdown Mint. Each brownie tray is 30cm x 21cm (average weight of 1.2kg). Each tray is equivalent to 16 of our standard brownies (7cm x 5cm, average weight of 70g), plus additional edges.

All our products are gluten-free and are produced in a gluten-free facility. Some of our products contains nuts and peanuts, so those without nuts/peanuts may contain traces.

Shelf Life & Storage:

Shelf life is 2 weeks at ambient or chilled temperatures; we would recommend storing in an air-tight container for maximum freshness.

All brownies can be frozen for 3 months. If frozen, de-frost at room temperature for 90 minutes.
