All orders are sent out via DPD’s Next Day service and you will select your preferred delivery date at checkout*

Orders placed by 12 noon each day will be available for next working day dispatch. Orders received after 12 noon will be available for dispatch the following day (next working day + 1).

We don’t normally dispatch wholesale orders on Friday, to avoid parcels being in transit over the weekend. Therefore, orders placed after 12 noon on Wednesday will ordinarily be dispatched on Monday.

If you would prefer we did dispatch on Friday though (and are happy for your order to be in transit over the weekend), please let us know by e-mail to office@homemadebrownie.co.uk at the time of placing your order and we’ll be happy to arrange this. Alternatively, there is a Saturday delivery upgrade option available using DPD’s Saturday service (+£12.00). If you would like to arrange for a Saturday delivery, please also contact the email above. 

*Whilst we allow customers to select their preferred delivery date, we can’t give a 100% guarantee that the order will arrive on this date.

We will always dispatch your order the day before the date selected and DPD’s Next Day service does achieve next day delivery > 98% of the time, however there are occasionally delays outside of DPD’s control. Please bear this in mind when selecting your delivery date.
