All orders are shipped via DPD’s Next Day service and you will select your preferred delivery date at checkout.*
Orders placed by 12 noon are available for dispatch on the next working day. Orders placed after 12 noon are available for dispatch the following working day (next working day +1).
Please note, we do not typically dispatch wholesale orders on Fridays to avoid parcels being held in transit over the weekend. As a result, orders placed after 12 noon on Wednesday are usually dispatched the following Monday.
If you would prefer your order to be dispatched on Friday (and are happy for it to be in transit over the weekend), please email us at office@homemadebrownie.co.uk when placing your order — we’ll be happy to arrange this for you. Alternatively, we offer a Saturday delivery upgrade via DPD’s Saturday service for an additional £12.00. If you would like to arrange Saturday delivery, please contact us at the email address above.
* While we allow customers to choose their preferred delivery date, we cannot guarantee delivery on that exact day.
We will always dispatch your order the working day before your chosen date, and DPD’s Next Day service successfully delivers on time over 98% of the time. However, occasional delays outside of our control can occur, so please consider this when selecting your delivery date.
